Getting to Senegal

The journey begins before arrival.

Consider your departure point, understand connections and prepare your first hours in Senegal.

The rocky Almadies coast in Dakar

Start with the airport and your passport.

Check the arrival airport on your ticket: the reference for the international routes shown here is Dakar Blaise-Diagne (DSS). Distinguish departure city from passport nationality: one shapes the journey, the other determines entry requirements. Leydimen does not sell flights.

Read the connection before choosing.

A flight sold between two cities is not necessarily direct. Read segments, airports, luggage conditions and any separate tickets. If a connection involves entering a country, check that country’s conditions. Plan arrival transport too; a convenient landing time is not enough if the final destination is far from the airport.
